Dear Dalvinder,

Thank you again for your time on the call.

Based on our conversation, I think the right next step is to shape this as one clear Moodbox brand, bringing the B2B side of the business together under a single, stronger presence.

Before I recommend the best route forward, I just need a little more clarity on the points below so I can define the right scope, process and level of investment.

Short answers are absolutely fine.

1. Which parts of the business should lead on the new website, and which should sit behind them?

2. What do you most want Moodbox to be known for by contractors, architects and interior designers?

3. What do you feel is currently missing between the quality of the work and the way the business comes across online?

4. Does the current visual identity need a light refresh, a bigger update, or a full redesign?

5. Are there any parts of the current offer or presentation that should be removed or pushed back?

6. Which past projects best represent the kind of work you want more of?

7. Who will be involved in reviewing and approving the project?

8. What sort of timeframe are you working towards, and is there a date you would ideally like the new site live?

9. What level of investment are you expecting to make for the right outcome?

Once I have clarity on those points, I can come back with the most sensible route forward.

Best,

Omar
