2. What personal data we collect
We may collect:

4. Cookies & tracking
We only use analytics cookies if you allow them. On your first visit, a small panel asks whether you are happy for us to use Google Analytics. Nothing is set until you choose.
What we collect. Which pages are viewed, how visitors arrive (for example from a search engine or another website), approximate location at country and city level, the type of device and browser, and which buttons are pressed, such as Email or WhatsApp. We do not collect your name or contact details this way, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who processes it. Google Analytics is provided by Google Ireland Limited on our behalf. Data may be processed in the United States under Google’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long it is kept. No longer than 14 months, after which Google Analytics deletes it.
If you decline. Google Analytics runs in a restricted mode that sets no cookies and stores nothing that identifies you.
Cookies used. wp_consent_statistics, wp_consent_statistics-anonymous and wp_consent_marketing remember your choice for 12 months. If you allow analytics, Google sets _ga and _ga_* cookies, which last up to two years.
Changing your mind. Use the Cookies link at the bottom of any page to change your choice at any time.
5. Data sharing
We do not share your personal data with third parties, except:
- Where necessary to fulfil contract (e.g., service providers);
- Where required by law or regulatory request;
- To protect legal rights or vital interests.
- With Google, which provides our website analytics if you allow it (see section 4).

If your data is transferred outside the UK or EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses, adequacy decisions).
